Non-Profit Organization | help@worldcharitywelfarefoundation.org
Policy Overview
This Delivery Policy governs the distribution of physical awards, certificates, program materials, and related documentation to the recipients of the World Charity Welfare Foundation.
Delivery of Physical Awards/Materials
Physical awards (plaques, certificates, program kits) will be delivered to the recipient either in person during an official ceremony/event or dispatched via secured courier. Delivery of charitable materials (e.g., aid, educational kits) is handled by ground logistics coordinated by the Foundation or partner NGOs.
E-Certificate/Digital Delivery
Recipients who opt for an E-Certificate or digital document will receive a high-resolution digital copy via email within the specified timeframe following the event/program completion.
Shipping Charges and Responsibility
Shipping charges for physical awards/certificates may be included in the fee or charged separately. The recipient is responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address. The Foundation is not liable for non-delivery or loss due to incorrect address submission by the recipient.
Damage and Claims
Recipients must inspect the received item upon delivery. Claims for physical damage during transit must be reported to the Foundation within 48 hours of delivery, along with photographic evidence, to qualify for a replacement. Replacement logistics and costs will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
